What is the maintenance guarantee?
At Nu, we want you to use the products you purchase for as long as possible, so as a bonus when you purchase a product, we give you two tickets (you can use it twice) for one free maintenance service, which is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Only if the product becomes dirty within one year of purchase, you can mail the product to us using the maintenance ticket and have our craftsmen clean it for free.
However, please note that additional charges will apply if you wish to remove stains, repair, hem the clothes, etc. Please also note that you will be responsible for the one-way shipping fee when mailing the product to us.
